Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I would like to take a moment to personally thank Sixto, Rob, and the entire team for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. This Pep Boys location is approximately 30 minutes from my home, and I would gladly make that drive every time because quality service truly makes a difference. From the moment I arrived, the team was communicative, professional, and transparent. They clearly explained the entire process and provided me with a realistic timeframe for the service. What impressed me even more was the detailed visual printout and explanation provided by the mechanics, which allowed me to clearly understand the work that was completed on my vehicle. My Cooper tires were also in stock, making the entire experience even more convenient and efficient. This level of customer service is rare, and it is evident that this team genuinely values their customers. I am incredibly grateful for the professionalism, communication, honesty, and quality service they consistently provide. In fact, their reputation speaks for itself—my mother also chooses to bring her vehicle to this Pep Boys location, even though she lives in the Poconos! Sixto, Rob, and the entire mechanic

They had my car in and out within a few hours to fix my ac with no issues! Advisor was super friendly and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't ask for. Would definitely use them again in the future 😊

Made an appointment to get new tires and an alignment. They had a great deal on the tires I needed. They also performed a complimentary vehicle inspection. During this inspection they found that my cv axle boot had a tear in it and was leaking grease. Had they not done this inspection, I would not have known about this. They sent me the inspection results with pictures via a text message with a link. I was very appreciative of this.

Be aware this is the stefko Blvd in bethlehem location only. I had 9am appt for inspection and oil change. I was told there was 1 person ahead of me. I didnt get in until 2 hours later. No one spoke to me during the wait. It took another hour for the service which I expected but by the end I had 2 hours to stew along with 3 other people that were complaining and watching people walk out. An appointment was meaningless here. They told me I needed brake pads and of course license plate light bulb. I was so annoyed by this time I wouldnt dare give them my business. And the man behind the counter tried to tell me he informed me of the wait. If someone said i would be waiting more than an hour i would have left. There are garages every few feet around here. After I paid I went outside to find my vehicle. It was still in garage with door closed. I waited over 5 minutes then went and told the person at the desk i paid for service please give me my vehicle. He ran in the back to do that. Im 64 years old. Been to many mechanics across the country. Never ever have i waited for my vehicle after paying....just a hot mess. Im having my work done elsewhere. If youre into sitting in mechanic sh

Matt G handled my truck with care and as I was in the lot a little early for pickup, I had the pleasure of meeting him as he finished up the job. Very professional guy, very nice, and hard working. My tires on my truck are absolutely massive and he certainly put some sweat in on the job. Will be back, thanks again!
